SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS
We use The Finnish postal service, Itella Corporation to deliver WORLDWIDE. Orders are processed in 1 – 2 days and delivered by mail worldwide from Helsinki, Finland. The shopping cart will show shipping costs after selecting delivery method. Delivery will follow only after a valid credit card payment or a bank transfer. See the shipping costs below.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
FINLAND & EU COUNTRIES: We do our best to deliver your order to you within 3 – 7 working days. Delivery fee 9€/shipment.
NON-EU COUNTRIES: We ask for your patience if you do not recieve your order within 7 working days. It might take 7-14 days to deliver. Delivery fee 15€/shipment.
Saint Vacant Web Store has the right to cancel the order, if suspicions arise, that the concerned credit card is not valid or might be stolen. In this case customer will be contacted and informed by email. If there will occur a problem with your order or shipment we will contact you as soon as possible.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
All payment are secured and provided by Checkout.fi service. We accept payments via internet banking (most finnish banks), VISA, Mastercard and PayPal as a payment method. Your credit card information will NOT be visible to us. All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax 23%). According to international business law VAT will not be added to orders outside European Union (Export Sales). The VAT will automatically be removed from you invoice when you enter your address to the store system and your homeland is outside the European Union. The customer is responsible for possible import customs clearance and/or payment of customs duties and taxes in there homeland.
Please do not write your credit card information on our feedback forms or include it in emails to us. Saint Vacant Web Store reserves the right to refuse the payment and thereby order. We also reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive faulty or wrong item, you may return or exchange it for another item.
When returning items, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your goods. If you do not contact us within that time, we reserve the right not to accept returned items. We only return costumers payment if the product and it’s package are untapped, and this within 14 days. Returnable products can not show visible signs of wear. We will not accept a return of shoes that have been used outdoors.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The terms and conditions listed below will apply between customer and Saint Vacant Web Store for the sale and purchase of the products contained in customers shopping cart. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, changes, or updates on subsequent visits.
